John Lee Hooker - Queen Bee
When we talk about popular music, I teach the students in my courses about sexual innuendo in the blues, but I’m not quite sure to what John Lee Hooker is referring when he talks about her stinger being longer than his right arm… Queen Bee might be packing some heat! Queen, indeed? (Is it possible I’m watching too much Ru? Is that even a thing?)
